Jack M. Balkin is Knight Professor of Constitutional Law and the First Amendment at Yale Law School. His most recent book, edited with Reva Siegel, is The Constitution in 2020.
Robert M. Ball served on the six-member Advisory Council on Social Security from 1994-1996. He was the U.S. Commissioner of Social Security from 1962-1973 and is the founding chair of the
National Academy of Social Insurance.
