You know, it would be easier to have sympathy for conservatives in Hollywood if they would tote out people who actually had careers that suffered for being conservative, rather than rambling, narcissistic millionaires who’ve made long and fruitful careers out of being conservative in Hollywood.

The Politico interviews Dennis Miller, and it’s about what you’d expect. An oddly self-congratulatory stream of consciousness comes flowing from Miller’s mouth (and there’s the obligatory marveling at Miller’s ability to say completely doctrinaire things with the obscuring psuedo-intellectual references of a man who just picked up 1,001 Interesting Facts About History on the remainder table at Barnes & Noble), which is pretty indicative of how the whole “conservative in Hollywood” thing seems to work.
