Libertarian presidential candidate Gary Johnson has an ad out denouncing the War on Drugs, saying “marijuana users are no more criminal than our commander in chief.” Johnson argues that President Obama and Mitt Romney would perpetuate the high costs of marijuana prohibition-leaving Johnson “the last sane man” on drug issues in the presidential race.
