Ron Hira is an assistant professor of public policy at Rochester Institute of Technology and a research associate with the Economic Policy Institute. Hira is author of the book Outsourcing America: What's Behind Our National Crisis And How We Can Reclaim American Jobs (AMACOM 2005).
