Chuck McCutcheon & David Mark

Chuck McCutcheon has covered Washington since 1995. He was co-author of the 2012 and 2014 editions of National Journal's Almanac of American Politics and co-editor of Congressional Quarterly's Politics in America 2010. He is the author of two other books: Nuclear Reactions: The Politics of Opening a Radioactive Waste Disposal Site and What Are Global Warming and Climate Change? Answers for Young Readers. He also updated the sixth edition of the reference book Congress A to Z and has contributed to several textbooks on politics and government.

David Mark is the former editor-in-chief of Politix, published by Topix, the largest local forum site in the U.S. Prior to heading up Silicon Valley-based Politix, David enjoyed a varied career covering politics and government in Washington, D.C., where he visits frequently for work and pleasure. For six years David was a senior editor at Politico. He was previously editor-in-chief of Campaigns & Elections, which covers the business and trends of politics. Earlier in his career David was a reporter on Capitol Hill.
