This is the clearest statement yet from Obama that he still plans to move relatively quickly on EFCA, which would make it easier for unions to organize workplaces. (Seating Al Franken, though, is probably a pre-requisite.) Here is what the president told the AFL-CIO executive council last night, which is meeting in Miami. Obama appeared over a live video feed.
