“How bad is it?” scale:
1) do you have running water and electricity?
2) do you need to grow your own food?
3) are you able to get medical care when you need it (even if you can’t afford it or don’t have insurance)?
5) are you able to eat when you are hungry, and not just the same cheap, boring thing over and over again?
6) would you neighbors want to kill you if they knew your beliefs?
7) if they did, would any one prosecute them or would they have immunity?
4) are you being bombed?
1) do young people have to wear uniforms and sign the praises of their leader?
2) will you be arrested if you write what you believe?
3) is military and athletic participation compulsory?
4) are there free and fair elections?
