Brother Sam’s point about a GOP food-fight is well taken when considering the quixotic Tancredo bid, which is only quixotic if one thinks its point is to win the Republican Presidential nomination. With the lovely and talented Bay Buchanan (best known for running brother Pat’s 1996 insurgency) acting as campaign manager, you can bet this is about nothing more than seeing to it that the GOP strays none too far from its rabid-rightie base.
