Hillary Clinton has an e-mail out today entitled “How We Win,” which argues, in bold type, “We are depending on the voters of Puerto Rico in our fight to secure the nomination.” It ends with a plea for donations, particularly from new supporters, which the Clinton campaign says will be matched by a group of well-heeled supporters.
