The new Federal Reserve report finds that the “recession is dragging down almost every industry in almost every part of the country.” The exceptions? Discount retail chains. Some pharmaceutical companies. And though the legal industry is suffering terribly, there is evidence of health activity in areas “where there was a need for bankruptcy lawyers.”
