In the past, I've suggested that Jose Andres might be overrated: Zaytinya and Oyamel, in my experience, are both disappointments. But I tried his flagship restaurant, Cafe Atlantico, last night, and it's extremely good. They've got their restaurant week menu open for an extra week, so if you live in DC and are looking for a fine meal, give them a shot. Don't miss the salt air lime margarita, the flank steak, or the beef cheek. If you get the grilled octopus with warmed strawberries and arugula, tell me how it is.
