Giuliani is now thanking a long list of politicians in his concession speech... He says the networks haven't called a winner, guess no-one told him about CNN. Also, He's currently tied with Ron Paul at 9 percent. Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy... "our journey has just begun." Good luck with that Rudy. Now he's talking about his 12 commitments which makes him sound like a recovering alcoholic. "Maybe we've lulled out opponents into a false sense of confidence."
