So I missed out on Dismemberment Plan tickets which, in the greater scheme of things, is either fair, as I'm a newer fan, or totally unfair, as I've never seen them play live. Meanwhile, Spearhead sold out at the 930 Club. So here's the big question: I love three of Spearhead's five CDs (which doesn't count the solo Franti efforts, of which I'm all about Live at the BAOBOB), but was totally disappointed by their latest, Yell Fire. They are, however, awesome live. Do I buy a ticket for their show in Baltimore and make the trek solo? So far as I know none of my friends have enough, ahem, spearit to go all the way down with me.
