Andrei Cherny and Ken Baer's new journal Democracy is officially open for business. Over at Tapped, I take a look at how their health care feature stacks up against the publication's stated vision, and walk away unimpressed. That said, I do have high hopes for the venture. Cherny and Baer are smart guys, and the opening line-up -- which includes Gar Alperovitz, Michael Lind, and Jason Furman -- offers a wider ideological lineup than I'd feared. Give them a look.
