Mark Bittman is looking to update his list of "50 Cookbooks I'd Rather Not Live Without" with overlooked classics and recent arrivals, and he's looking to the fine folks of the internets to do so. I know you guys have opinions on this matter, so you should wander over thataway and give them to him. I'd nominate Fuschia Dunlop's Land of Plenty, which is a pretty extraordinary Szechwan cookbook, and intelligently written, too.
