All-purpose geek publication IGN, considering the upcoming Supreme Court video game censorship case Schwarzenegger v. Video Software Dealers Association, in which the court will decide the constitutionality of a California law barring the sale or rental of violent video games to minors, lets everyone know how they really feel about the court's record so far:
Depending how they rule, or on any judicial initiative they exercise (the Roberts court has shown itself to be an activist court), the way games are sold in this country and who is allowed to play them could completely change as soon as next year.
Ouch. I guess no one's really buying that whole "balls and strikes" thing anymore.
