Tia's thinking outside the box. The main problem I see with her proposed arrangement is that, eventually, the increased intimacy brought on by sexual relationships would compel one or the other party to want to live with their romantic partner. So do you add him to the house? Move out? It seems more workable as a young, single person than a slightly older, committed one.
