Sad news out of Congress this morning where the House energy bill failed to gather enough votes in the Senate to end debate and move towards passage. Now the bill goes back to the House to have some of it's more important elements stripped out, so the Senate can vote on something less likely to save the planet and wean us off foreign oil.
