A group of former military officers, government officials, and aviation personnel from seven countries is calling upon the United States to reopen investigations into claims about UFO sightings. And in other UFO news, the Daily News alleges that the reason Bill Clinton's White House papers are held up is because folks concerned about flying saucers have been clogging the tubes with Freedom of Information Act requests, preventing archivists from handling the other requests expediently.
Among the Democratic candidates, surely Hillary Clinton isn't too upset about the slowed release of documents. And Bill Richardson sees every UFO mention as a chance to push Roswell as a tourist destination. But clearly the candidate most-excited by all this UFO news is Dennis Kucinich, who's getting mentioned in every single article thanks to his remarks at the last debate. Reuters gave him the lead paragraph, no less -- possibly a first this cycle.
