Except this one involves your neighborhood McDonald's and not two goofy black guys from Philadelphia (via Matt Yglesias):
Voter intimidation by employers strikes me as a lot more likely than voter intimidation by (the now-defunct) ACORN or any other shadowy group of minorities. Of course, I'm not a conservative, and I'm African American, so my perspective might be a little skewed.
