Ari Glogower is associate professor of law at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He studies the design and constitutionality of capital income and wealth taxes, and his scholarly articles and essays include “Taxing Capital Appreciation,” published in the Tax Law Review, and “A Constitutional Wealth Tax,” published in the Michigan Law Review.
