David Gamage is professor of law at Indiana University (Bloomington) Maurer School of Law. He teaches and writes on tax law and policy and also health law and policy. He has authored or co-authored over 70 scholarly articles and essays on the topics of tax and budget law and policy, at both the U.S. state and federal levels, as well as on tax theory, fiscal federalism, and the intersections between taxation and health care.
