E. Joshua Rosenkranz is an attorney with Heller Ehrman LLP and was formerly executive director of the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University School of Law. He was a member of the Twentieth Century Fund's Working Group on Campaign Finance Litigation and drafted its report, "Buckley Stops Here."
