Mulloy served five two-year terms on the 12-member, bipartisan U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission and, previously, as assistant secretary in the Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration during the Clinton administration. He practices as a trade lawyer and political consultant to nonprofit groups.
