Paid for by the Public Campaign Action Fund, the ad was running on the air in Kentucky earlier this month, and is part of what appears to be a kind of broader payback effort by Democrats and liberal groups looking to target the Senate Minority Leader as intensively as Tom Daschle once was targeted by Republicans.
