The key quote is at about 1:20, when Graham sneers, "Not only are they keeping these people (Matthews and Olbermann) on during the night, they are adding this lesbian Air America Radio host." And yes, he emphasized "lesbian".
Here I was, all excited that for once a LGBT person could rise to prominence and not be subjected to an endless fascination with their personal life and relationships. Indeed, while the New York Times, Boston Globe, and The Nation profiles of Maddow don't attempt to hide her sexual orientation, they appropriately mention it in passing while focusing on her actual, you know, job. But I guess we can always count on Fox News to boldly go where other outlets have too much human decency to tread.
