Bless 'em, a school in the Midwest has released a list of cliches that should be eliminated from public discourse:
The curmudgeons at Lake Superior State University in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, warmed their cold hearts again for 2006 with their 30th annual list of words, phrases and acronyms deserving banishment from everyday usage.
Mercifully, "Git-R-Done" is a cliche on the hitlist. What other phrases should be officially banned for the new year?
