Regarding Jeffery Rosen's useless "question" to Eric Holder about whether Obama would appoint a white guy to the Supreme Court if he was the most qualified person for the job (subjectivity notwithstanding, white men are always more qualified), the Brennan Center for Justice has released a new report on judicial diversity in the United States, which finds that white men are overrepresented on state appellate benches by a margin of two to one. This is despite the fact that more women than ever are graduating from law school. Oh, and the percentage of black male judges is actually decreasing.
But can a white guy get a break? Srsly.
