Marc Ambinder thinks card check has more life in it than the CW suggests. I'm not sure he's right, but I'm not sure he's wrong, either. I'll also add that if card check does shoulder its way to the front of the political agenda, then hell hath no fury like the lobbying campaigns the business community will unleash.
