Five delegates are at stake here in precinct 23. It's immediately clear that Biden and Kucinich won't meet the viability threshold of 18 people. The Biden group of 7 appears to have split between Obama and Edwards, to great applause from both those camps. There are four Kucinich supporters. Three go to Edwards, and the young woman among the group moves to Clinton. About six Richardson folks are still hanging out in a corner, hoping undecideds join up with them to bring their group to 18. They are being heavily wooed. This part of the process will last 30 minutes. There's hollering and shouting and moving around the room. People are engaged in lengthy discussions, trying to change one another's minds. --Dana Goldstein
