Former Bossman of TAP Mike Tomasky just put out the welcome mat at his new shop, The Guardian's freshly-unveiled American edition. And he starts off in style, interviewing Hillary Clinton, and getting her to admit an openness to rolling back the executive authority Bush has amassed if and when she takes office. Now, Clinton doesn't specify which powers she'll give up, and it's sort of one of those devil in the details type things, but it's an interesting admission. --Ezra Klein
