Scott Brown e-mails an interesting question that I don't know the answer to.
Different nations tend to excel in different policy areas, i.e. France in health care, Finland in education. They are often cited as having policies that we would be wise to borrow/emulate in order to improve our own policies. Who is leading the way on food policy?
