I'm not going to enumerate all the jobs saved by the administration's decision to invest in GM and Chrsyler in response to Steele's nonsensical bluster, but a note of caution instead: His rhetoric will become very potent if the administration doesn't, in fact, provide jobs to show for it -- it being not just the automaker deal but also the stimulus, TARP and the budget -- in the next two years.
