The Washington Post refuses to come out and say it, but they're pretty clearly hinting at massive voter fraud that elected Ted Stevens and Don Young in Alaska. It would sure be weird if Stevens, who now has seven felony convictions hanging atop his head, had engaged in some sort of ethically improper behavior, huh?
