Just got an e-mail from the Kerry newsroom trumpeting the passage of legislation to remove Nelson Mandela from the US Terror Watch List. Apparently, "Mandela and his fellow ANC members remain on the list for activities they conducted against South Africa’s apartheid regime decades ago."
