In one of the cooler new health wonkery tools I've seen lately (you'd be surprised how many there are), the fine folks at Kaiser have built a feature where you can compare McCain and Obama on all manner of health care topics. General reform is on there, of course, but so are a variety of more specific health issues, like biomedical research and mental health parity. Check it out.
