Every year, The Hill magazine tries to boost page views by with its annual "Hill Hotties" beauty contest. And every year, DCeiver makes fun of the feature's awful writing and weird pictures. It's a nice Washington tradition, and there's enough absurdity this year to make it seem even more special than usual. Go participate.
