The Republican National Committee has released excerpts of Bobby Jindal's response to the speech that isn't the State of the the Union. Short version: Government is too big, taxes too high, Obama too pessimistic. Also, the 2009 Republican Party is like the 1994 Republican Party and not that horrible 2006 Republican Party.
