The Romney campaign was still sending out robocalls in Georgia after 6 p.m. tonight, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. His last-ditch effort there claimed that "Mike Huckabee and John McCain have joined forces to insure that the conservative agenda gets derailed during today’s primary voting," and urged voters not to "let liberal John McCain and Mike Huckabee beat conservative values." His delusional last-ditch effort doesn't seem to be helping; Huckabee is on top right now at 36 percent, followed by McCain at 32 percent.
Now what will interesting is if Huckabee does well enough today make him appear like a viable VP choice for McCain. That's been the rumor between the campaigns of late, and might actually give some truth to the collusion allegations. Now the liberal allegations, that's a whole other story.
