The Treme Brass Band plays a jazz funeral in New Orleans, Louisiana. On Sunday, HBO will debut its series about the city after Katrina, and we here at TAP will be following along. Coincidentally, the Southern Republican Leadership Conference is being held in New Orleans through Sunday.
