Lindsay Graham just accused Obama of patronizing the troops, not backing the surge, the usual stuff. But it's a lackluster effort, through which delegates are merrily yacking. Graham has the unfortunate habit of fading into inaudibility despite being miked from shoelace to cerebrum. How he does that, I have no idea. --Harold Meyerson
