Over the course of the next week, I'll be taking a look at a series of maps to compare Senate races in competitive (as well as a few "competitive") seats with the 2004 Presidential results, to see if there are clear geographic shifts towards or away from the Democratic party. To begin with, take a look at Pennsylvania, where Bob Casey's win suggests a dramatic shift towards the Democrats in the central regions of the state.
