Two things happened in Delaware in the last 24 hours: Governor Jack Markell signed a civil unions bill, enabling gay couples to get sort-of-but-not-quite married in the state. The state senate approved a bill allowing the use of medical marijuana, which will now go to Markell for his signature. Don't these people know there's a conservative renaissance going on?
