Trade has been a big issue tonight for the first time. First Edwards used it to call out Clinton for what he alleges has been a some flip-flopping on the issue. He says she's for the extension of free trade to Peru, but said in Iowa she wants a moratorium on trade deals. The subject came up again with a question on trade and problem of toxics in Chinese toys -- "Do you believe the people on this stage that voted to open trade with China are responsible for what is going on?" asked Blitzer. It was really a question about opening up trade policy in general. Both Clinton and Obama came out in support of the new Peru deal. Edwards says he's against it. Kucinich is against all these trade deals and wants to cancel NAFTA.
