A return to her roots as a "journalist," apparently. After voting in Wasilla this morning, Sarah Palin complained to reporters about "the state of journalism today” and said she'd like to help improve the profession because she has “great respect for the world of journalism.” The culprit, Palin said, is "the blogosphere, the two, three hour news cycles, where just too much is reported based on gossip and innuendo and things taken out of context."
While Palin waits for this whole Internet thing to finally go out of style, let's remind ourselves of the old, glory days of serious journalism:
