Over at the Mothership, my wise and just editor Phoebe Connelly notes the surprising number of "crazy eye" Hillary Clinton photos that seem to be floating around (see this example over at TNR). I've noticed the same thing, and folks should cut it out; it's a low and unnecessary blow. On a related note, thinking about this made me realize that, though I find it funny, I should probably stop using my treasured screen capture of John McCain going all bug-eyed on Hardball. I keep looking for a way in which it's categorically different, but it probably isn't.
