This ending benediction is weird. "Please help us figure out how to pay teachers more fairly." Really? I mean, that's not even that tricky. If we're going to ask the Lord for help tweaking public policy, at least ask for something hard. "Oh Father who art in heaven, please help us formulate an empirically sound method for measuring merit in the classroom" or something.
