According to a new study of Illinois public school sex-ed teachers, only one-third teach their students how to use condoms or other contraceptives. Two-thirds of the teachers talk about abstinence. Meanwhile, more than 60 percent of American teenagers have sex before graduating from high school. Anybody else see the disconnect here? --Dana Goldstein
