Like most Canadian political junkies, I spend yesterday glued to the television watching the results of the leadership convention for the Liberal Party of Canada. It was a fascinating convention, even for those of us who aren't members of the Liberal Party, and don't regularly vote that way. Given that there's a better than even chance of the Liberals running the country again soon, I thought I might do a small post about the current state of Canadian politics, especially the Liberal Party.
Like I say, I'm not a Liberal (though I have voted for them in the past provincially) and I generally don't vote for them at the Federal level, so you can choose to read the following either as an embittered partisan or an objective outsider. Whatever.
