Andrew Sullivan expresses frustration over Prince's homophobia:
Prop 8 has helped unearth the seething homophobia in much of black America. Even for a dandy, feminized midget like Prince. (Actually, black dandy, feminized midgets need to express more homophobia than most.)Sullivan is so desperate to vent his anger at black folks over Prop 8 that the high yellow captain of Team Blouses has now become the black everyman. I don't suppose that Prince being a Jehovah's Witness has anything to do with his attitude towards gay marriage?
No I'm just being silly. It's because he's black.
